Due to the nature of our products, the following refund policy applies.
Non-Refundable Products
Food products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product
- Quality issues
Claims
All claims must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery by contacting info@freshandmash.com and providing order details and supporting evidence where applicable.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued:
- To the original payment method
- Within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
